Similar to the 21 Day Journaling Program outlined below, Pair-Share Love provides daily, age-appropriate art-work prompts to be tackled separately, then revealed to each other for genial discussion. It provides a unique opportunity for conversation and strengthening of your kindred bond. Think, explore, connect, and encourage. You may even discover something new about each other in the process (fingers-crossed)!

No art experience necessary – but an open-mind, and dropped-guard will help you get the most outta the program.

Recent news articles confirm what many of us already knew: looking at art in a museum or gallery setting can bring about stress reduction and inevitably better health. There are even doctors who have subscribed gallery visits to their stressed-out patients! However, some find looking at and absorbing exhibitions to be a puzzling, even intimidating experience.

In this program, we will tour galleries right alongside you and together we will develop a strategy that will allow for a future of routine exhibition emersion with maximum beneficial results. A variety of art-spaces will be visited for both the exposure challenge and an introduction to organizations you may not have explored in the past.
